30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged or used for store credit.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For late or missing refunds, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are damaged, incorrect, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@pilanova.co.uk or +1 505-303-1233. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
